LIMITED TO LUXURY is owned by Steve and Kim Stratford of Lake Havasu City and is dedicated to the marketing of luxury homes.

Kim Stratford started her career in real estate in 1973 in Ohio. Over the years, she has been involved in many facets of real estate management and commercial development. She is listed in Who's Who In Luxury Real Estate and is a member of the Luxury Home Council. She is also a member of the Ranchers Broker Network (RBN).

Moving to Lake Havasu from Aspen, CO in 1998, Kim and Steve soon realized that local Realtors were using the same methods to sell homes they had always used, but Havasu's property values, resort recognition, and desirability had changed dramatically. Knowing that luxury real estate marketing requires completely different strategies and materials, they decided to put their background, knowledge and marketing skills to work and opened their own office which caters exclusively to discriminating buyers and sellers of luxury properties.

Kim has received many honors and awards for her community involvement and business acumen. She is also an artist who is collected throughout the US and Europe and represented the US at Florence Biennale in 2006. She was named Business Woman of the Year in Arizona, and was nominated for The Governor's Art Awards. She has received commendations from the United States Congress for outstanding community service and received the National Leadership Award from the Business Advisory Council.

Steve, who guides the company's growth and management, brings years of design, real estate development and international business experience to the table. He received the Community Improvement Award from the local Chamber of Commerce for his local commercial development projects. Designer and developer of the MARRS system for aeriel evacuation, he was the CEO of Evacuation International, the world leader in ski resort rescue equipment and aeriel tramway evacuation.

Their strong contacts internationally as well as in California, Colorado, Montana, Georgia and New Mexico give this office a step up in attracting upper-end buyers of resort properties. Members of Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate and the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, Limited To Luxury emphasizes national and international marketing through such publications as Unique Homes, The DuPont Registry and Luxury Real Estate.com to name a few.
