A FRIENDLY REMINDER TO OUR CLIENTS

Most of the properties we represent, or show, require that buyers be pre-qualified. We provide a link on our finance page to do that, but you may find it less intrusive and easier to provide us with one of the following documents which will suffice:

1. A letter from your banker, or brokerage firm, stating that you have assets that would allow you to puchase a home of a certain value.  Ask your financial consultant to provide you with " A letter of financial introduction." Please have the institution fax it directly to our office (928-505-5540) and we will keep it on file for you. Simple? Yes.
